Overland Park, Kansas – Growth continues at Overland Park-based Veracity Consulting with the addition of another team member in the company’s commercial market. Leslie Reardon joined the team on Nov. 11 as a new business development consultant, with a primary focus on growing Veracity’s client base in the Kansas City area and surrounding region.
Reardon brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, management and consulting across multiple industries, including more than 12 years in the banking industry at Commerce Bank as vice president of treasury services as well as senior vice president/director of health care payments. She began her career as a senior advisor at Ernst & Young.
“Leslie’s curious approach with her clients – and her extensive knowledge of many industries – make her a wonderful and valuable addition to the Veracity team,” said Mike Gowan, VP of the Commercial Market. “She’ll be working with us to create new business opportunities, and her duties will include constructing campaigns to generate sales, developing new sales strategies, and promoting the Veracity brand. A graduate of the University of Kansas and an Overland Park resident, Reardon has been recognized many times in her professional career, including the “Outstanding Individual - New Relationship Award” (which she won nine times) and the Sales Excellence Award at Commerce Bank, and she ranked within the top 0.1% for her success in personal sales, recruiting and leadership development during her time at Stella & Dot.

Reardon has also served as a board member for Charlie’s House, a local organization working to prevent injuries to children in and around the home, as well as the Greater KC Area Chapter of the University of Kansas Alumni Association. She is also part of the class of 2008 of the Centurions Leadership Program, and often volunteers with several local organizations, including Harvesters, Project Uplift and the WWI Museum.
