We’re thrilled to welcome Katie O’Briant to the Veracity team as our newest Account Executive! Katie brings over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships. In her previous role, she managed a portfolio of major accounts, driving revenue growth by conducting needs assessments and delivering tailored solutions. Her expertise in AI-based SaaS offerings and her ability to connect with clients will be valuable as we continue to expand our services and impact.
At Veracity, Katie will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our clients, helping them navigate change and optimize business performance. She will work closely with our team of experts to provide tailored solutions that meet each client’s unique needs.

- Conducting needs assessments to understand their specific business challenges.
- Developing solutions using Veracity's expertise in ServiceNow, strategy and change management, process automation, infrastructure and integration, program and project management, data solutions, and testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
- Providing ongoing communication and support to ensure client satisfaction.
Katie’s dedication to client success, creative problem-solving, and passion for building strong relationships make her a perfect fit for Veracity. When she’s not working, Katie enjoys running her woodworking business, cheering on the Chiefs, and spending time with family, friends, and her rescue pup, Remi.
